Senior Frontend Developer

Role overview This is a senior frontend engineering position on a small, craft-focused team that ships client-facing products and internal platforms. The role involves owning frontend architecture end to end and shaping engineering standards across the team. It is fully remote and built around asynchronous collaboration with no intermediary project managers.

Responsibilities - Architect and build high-performance frontend systems for external client projects - Establish component libraries, design tokens, and frontend standards for the team - Collaborate directly with designers and backend engineers without intermediary layers - Contribute to technical decisions on every engagement the engineer joins - Take ownership of quality for everything that ships under their name

Requirements - Deep production experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript - Strong design sense with a history of improving specs rather than only implementing them - Hands-on experience with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP - Comfort working asynchronously across distributed teams - Willingness to read and review other people's code as part of the craft
