Program Manager, Foward Deployed Engineering

Role overview Coordinate complex enterprise deployments of data security, privacy, and governance solutions in hybrid environments. You’ll provide delivery structure for technical engineering teams, tracking scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and adoption from deployment through customer outcomes. The role combines customer-facing program management with the ability to translate technical progress into clear updates for business leaders and internal teams.

Responsibilities - Coordinate end-to-end delivery plans, aligning project scope, milestones, adoption goals, and customer outcomes. - Track risks, issues, dependencies, and progress; resolve blockers or escalate them promptly and keep leaders informed. - Bring customer stakeholders across technical, business, privacy, legal, and executive functions together around decisions and expectations. - Use project management and AI tools to automate tracking and improve status reporting and risk visibility. - Build working knowledge of solution capabilities, deployment methods, common governance and privacy use cases, and engineering delivery patterns. - Explain technical developments in clear business language to support decisions, timelines, and adoption.

Requirements - At least three years in technical project or delivery management, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing product ownership. - Experience managing multiple complex technical engagements with clear ownership and sound escalation practices. - Technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud environments sufficient to discuss tradeoffs with engineers. - Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and nontechnical audiences, including the ability to build agreement. - Comfort working at a fast pace with cross-functional teams and concurrent customer projects. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira, or professional services automation tools. - Familiarity with AI tools used to support day-to-day work.

Nice to have - Experience with data security, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT deployments. - Familiarity with data security posture management, cloud security posture management, data loss prevention, data governance, or privacy platforms. - CAPM or PMP project management certification.

The stated total target compensation range is USD 190,920–354,480, including performance-based bonus; actual compensation depends on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
