Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Risk

Role overview A Senior Fullstack Engineer role on the Risk pillar of a security and trust platform, building products that help customers understand and act on exposure across their organizations. The work covers AI and data governance, privacy, identity and access, workforce security, enterprise risk, and third-party oversight. The engineer partners closely with product and design to convert ambiguous customer problems into simple, high-quality product experiences.

Responsibilities - Scope and lead large technical projects that evolve core products into highly performant, reliable, and customizable systems. - Own customer-facing experiences end to end, from understanding the user problem through launch, measurement, and iteration. - Build reliable, secure systems that connect and interpret data across people, agents, assets, controls, and vendors. - Partner with product, design, and domain experts to take AI-powered workflows from exploration to production with a high bar for quality and trust. - Use AI tools thoughtfully across the development lifecycle to prototype, build, and test faster while protecting quality and security. - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects and help shape engineering culture as the company grows.

Requirements - 7 or more years of full stack experience with an emphasis on backend skills. - Prior technical leadership experience for teams or complex projects. - Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills. - Experience building user-facing SaaS products for both startup and enterprise users. - Track record of shipping 0→1 products and solving large-scale problems, ideally in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have - Experience with TypeScript and Go. - Experience building AI-powered product experiences or evaluating AI quality. - Curiosity about or prior experience in security, risk, privacy, or AI governance.
