Backend Platform Engineer

Role overview Build and maintain production backend services for a microbiome testing and intelligence platform. The role involves collaborating with frontend engineers and specialists in bioinformatics and science to support the platform’s systems and data-driven products.

Responsibilities - Develop and operate backend services used by the testing and intelligence platform. - Maintain production systems and address operational needs as they arise. - Work with frontend, bioinformatics, and scientific colleagues to connect backend capabilities with product and research needs.

Requirements - Experience building and operating backend systems in production. - Familiarity with NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and AWS.
