AI Enablement Lead

Role overview A greenfield training and enablement role inside an AI Transformation Office, charged with turning a consulting workforce into an AI-native delivery organization. The position builds the strategy, curriculum, and delivery mechanisms that move practitioners from awareness to fluency, and defines the metrics that prove the transformation is actually working.

Responsibilities - Build the training strategy that transitions the workforce to an Experience-Led, AI-Native delivery model - Create and evolve training content for an AI-Native software development life cycle across self-service, classroom, and guided modalities - Design hands-on projects drawn from real engagements so the curriculum reflects working practices rather than theory - Define internal proficiency levels for AI-Native SDLC skills, distinct from external certifications - Run trainings, equip new teams starting on AI-native engagements, and coordinate a champion network as force multipliers - Own onboarding curriculum for new hires and bench redeployments into AI-native work, focused on reducing time-to-productivity - Maintain the Experience-Led, AI-Native hub and run a feedback loop from delivery back into curriculum - Partner with communications teams to drive awareness, surface adoption wins, and keep messaging consistent across regions and practices - Align training cadence with partner certification challenges and own reporting on certification attainment against performance targets

Requirements - Based in Ontario or Quebec, with English fluency for collaboration across the Americas and occasionally Europe - 3+ years of relevant experience - Hands-on AI-Native fluency, including spec-driven development, building agents and skills, and designing AI-augmented workflows - Familiarity with SDLC and how AI reshapes it - Instructional design experience at scale, beyond subject matter expertise - Familiarity with partner certification programs from Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, or Databricks, with at least one certification held - Experience measuring training effectiveness and tying learning metrics to business outcomes - Comfort building a function from scratch with no inherited playbook, and familiarity with the forward-deployed engineering model

Nice to have - Proven track record leading AI transformation initiatives - One AI-Native certification such as Anthropic or Google
