Global Head of SDLC Solution (EMEA based)

Role overview Lead the global software development lifecycle and developer experience practice, turning expertise in engineering tools, DevOps and AI into repeatable consulting services. The role combines practice strategy and team leadership with client advisory work, commercial growth and the creation of practical transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities - Set the practice strategy and business plan, and coordinate regional leads across EMEA, the Americas and APAC. - Develop market-ready services, solution blueprints, reusable intellectual property, accelerators and delivery playbooks. - Package successful regional approaches to improve consistency, delivery quality, reuse and commercial performance. - Advise senior engineering and security leaders; run discovery and maturity assessments, then shape modernization roadmaps. - Work with sales, marketing, professional services and managed services teams to develop and win strategic engagements. - Build practitioner skills through enablement, mentoring and knowledge sharing, while promoting shared standards and continuous improvement.

Requirements - 10–15 years in technology consulting, professional services or enterprise software, including substantial work in SDLC, DevOps, developer experience or engineering tools. - Demonstrated success building and scaling a services practice or solution line, including reusable offerings and delivery assets. - Commercial experience supporting pipeline creation and sales with cross-functional teams. - Strong knowledge of AI in software development, ideally with practical exposure to AI-assisted development or agentic tools. - Confidence advising CTOs, engineering executives and equivalent stakeholders on strategy and business value. - Deep knowledge of the Atlassian software ecosystem and enterprise SDLC modernization; partner certifications are advantageous. - Experience leading across regions and facilitating structured discovery and gap-analysis workshops.

Nice to have - Hands-on experience with AI-augmented DevOps and AI-assisted software delivery.
