Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer

Role overview An AI-powered sales intelligence platform that helps B2B sales and marketing teams identify target accounts and act on buying signals is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join one of its three web application teams. The role is backend-dominant on PHP/Laravel, with select frontend work in TypeScript/Vue, focused on building scalable, data-heavy processing systems and customer-facing UI.

Responsibilities - Build customer-facing interfaces in collaboration with a product manager and teammates. - Develop scalable background processing jobs that handle terabytes of data. - Build new features designed for use by both humans and AI agents, including MCP-based integrations. - Integrate and maintain connections with external data providers, ensuring reliability and consistency across ingestion pipelines. - Participate in architectural discussions, make sound trade-off decisions, and design, build, and optimize relational database structures in MySQL. - Collaborate with data scientists to optimize AI workflows and prompts, and debug, profile, and tune systems for reliability and performance at scale.

Requirements - 4+ years of experience as a PHP developer, preferably with Laravel. - 2+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack developer using TypeScript. - Expertise in relational database modeling, query optimization, and high-performance tuning. - Ability to take ownership of outcomes rather than just tasks, with reliability and consistent availability. - Comfort working independently and self-organizing within a small, fast-moving team. - Fluent written and spoken English, with experience working asynchronously across time zones; comfort in a startup or fast-moving environment.
