Role overview A senior producer position guiding end-to-end development for an established underwater survival game franchise, with responsibility over both internal teams and external co-development partners. The role is fully remote and centers on translating creative vision into actionable plans, removing blockers, and multiplying the effectiveness of multidisciplinary teams. The ideal profile blends emotional intelligence with sharp organizational instincts and a genuine passion for interactive entertainment.
Responsibilities - Own production for one or more projects, features, or development teams from concept through live support. - Partner with creative, technical, and production leadership to convert game vision into concrete development plans, roadmaps, and milestones. - Coordinate work across multiple disciplines, ensuring teams have clear priorities, dependencies, and resources. - Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints before they affect delivery dates, and escalate decisions to leadership. - Identify, vet, and oversee co-development engagements, including milestone review, risk tracking, and contract coordination with legal and business development. - Manage key external relationships such as development partners and publishing counterparts, and coach or mentor team members to build capability.
Requirements - At least five years of professional game development experience, with substantial time in a production or project management role on internal teams or overseeing external partners. - A track record of shipping three or more PC or console titles in a senior production or leadership capacity, including at least one full lifecycle from greenlight through launch and live operations. - Demonstrated experience identifying and managing external partners, including milestone setting and review, risk tracking, and statement-of-work setup. - Deep familiarity with project management methodologies and the realities of game development pipelines. - Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage relationships up, down, and across internal and external stakeholders. - Sound judgment under pressure and a genuine interest in growing individual contributors and teams.
Nice to have - Multi-platform development experience spanning consoles, mobile, and VR. - Background with Early Access, multiplayer, live-service, or cross-platform titles. - Prior ownership of production for an entire game or major feature. - Familiarity with console certification requirements across major platforms and PC storefronts. - Experience working on licensed intellectual property.
