Senior Developer

Role overview Build and maintain features across a portfolio of SaaS products, partnering with product and design to take work from data modeling and backend implementation through user interface and deployment. The team ships frequently and expects engineers to take ownership of production quality, reliability, and product outcomes.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and release full-stack features using PHP, React, and related APIs. - Own changes across the data model, backend services, user interface, and deployment. - Improve product reliability, performance, and security. - Review code, mentor teammates, and document technical decisions. - Work with product and design partners to scope practical solutions. - Help maintain cloud hosting and monitoring when needed.

Requirements - At least five years of professional software development experience. - Strong PHP and modern JavaScript/React skills. - Familiarity with MySQL, REST APIs, and Git-based development. - Experience shipping and supporting production SaaS products. - Clear written and spoken English communication. - Based in Canada and able to work remotely, with occasional in-person team syncs in Montréal.

Nice to have - French language skills.
