Role overview
Help customers adopt and run a cloud infrastructure platform, working across deployment, troubleshooting, and product improvement. The role combines hands-on engineering with customer collaboration, and spans the full adoption process from migration through ongoing optimization.
Responsibilities
- Onboard customers and migrate complex infrastructure to the platform. - Diagnose deployment issues and improve performance and reliability. - Use container and Linux expertise to support customer environments. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment and integration. - Advise customers on infrastructure choices and resolve technical challenges. - Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Docker, Dockerfiles, Linux, and CI/CD design. - Excellent debugging and optimization skills, with a customer-focused approach. - Clear communication across technical and non-technical teams. - A computer science background or equivalent experience. - Ability to learn and work across different runtimes, build systems, and programming environments, such as Rust, Node.js, Go, Python, or C++.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with OCI standards, QEMU/KVM, Firecracker, or Cloud Hypervisor. - Experience working directly with customers.
