This role builds and maintains a modern warranty management platform serving e-commerce brands across product registrations, extended warranty sales, shipping protection, AI-powered claims, and analytics. The engineer works across the stack to deliver product features in a remote-first startup environment that values autonomy and shipping quickly.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features for a multi-tenant SaaS platform - Build and consume REST and GraphQL APIs supporting platform integrations - Apply software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms to deliver high-quality, maintainable code - Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering to ship features iteratively - Contribute to a fast-paced, remote-first engineering culture with strong written communication
Requirements
- Solid experience as a full-stack engineer with production web applications - Working knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs - Strong grasp of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms - Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Astro - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce - Background in insurance, warranty, or fintech industries - Experience with AWS or GCP cloud services
