About this role
Role overview A senior, customer-embedded role on a global Enterprise Success team that helps the largest accounts design and run large-scale automation programmes on a leading business automation platform. The position blends technical advisory, account ownership, and platform expertise, with up to 25% travel and a strong requirement for English and Arabic fluency.
Responsibilities - Own the technical success of assigned customers on the automation platform across the full lifecycle - Act as a core technical member of the account team, accountable for adoption plans that return measurable business value - Provide embedded technical advisory, shaping the technical maturity of customer automation programmes and guiding stakeholders from engineers to executives - Plan and assist with platform infrastructure, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting - Enable customer technical stakeholders on platform best practices tailored to their pipelines, objectives, and environments - Conduct design and code reviews on selected automations to reinforce those best practices - Run technical health checks, surfacing risks and continuous improvement opportunities - Partner with Product Support and internal subject matter experts to drive escalated incidents to resolution - Deliver technical advisory through webinars, demos, and speaking engagements - Iterate on team processes, assets, and methodologies to keep delivery best-in-class
Requirements - At least seven years of professional experience in technical, customer-facing roles - Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic - Solid programming background, preferably .NET, with alternatives such as C#, C++, VB, Java, Python, or PowerShell also welcome - Hands-on SaaS and cloud technical background with experience across digital technologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption - Diplomatic, tactful, and composed when working with customers and partners under pressure - Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to large audiences - Computer Science degree or equivalent - Willingness to travel up to 25%
Nice to have - Prior experience with intelligent automation products - Background in technical support or technical consulting - Experience designing and reviewing automations at enterprise scale - Comfort shaping internal delivery processes and reusable assets
