Role overview This Solutions Architect role turns complex enterprise requirements into scalable technical designs while rapidly prototyping AI-driven applications. The position blends full-stack engineering with hands-on generative AI experience, building custom agents, workflows, and reusable components that integrate a personalization platform into customer ecosystems. The work spans pre-sales shaping through hands-on delivery across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
Responsibilities - Partner with engagement managers and product teams to define requirements, run technical workshops, and co-create generative AI solutions. - Act as the lead architect during the sales cycle, proposing workflows and architecture, securing sign-off, and then delivering what was sold. - Prototype proof points quickly, iterate on feedback, and surface quick wins that build momentum for larger transformations. - Build custom agents and workflows tailored to specific customer use cases. - Develop integrations with customer systems such as CMS, DAM, marketing automation, and analytics, alongside platforms like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360. - Capture field-validated use cases and feed them back into product and engineering roadmaps.
Requirements - 7+ years designing solution architectures for enterprises and delivering them through hands-on engineering. - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. - Strong customer-centricity with the ability to build trust quickly with enterprise technical teams and executives. - Hands-on experience with LLMs (such as GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Gemini), diffusion models, and multimodal AI for text, image, video, and audio. - Proficiency in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model optimization, and hallucination mitigation. - Familiarity with content management, digital asset management, marketing automation, and creative workflows. - Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership and a willingness to take on varied problems.
