About this role

Role overview

Lead measurement and decision support for marketing across email, direct mail, and digital channels. You’ll establish trustworthy performance baselines, investigate data quality, and turn analysis into recommendations for campaign teams and senior leaders. Over time, the work expands into attribution, marketing mix, and predictive models that inform targeting and budget decisions.

Responsibilities - Define channel metrics and build reporting that shows performance, spend efficiency, and opportunities to improve. - Own digital tracking and instrumentation across web and app experiences, working with engineering to ensure events are captured accurately. - Analyze campaign goals and results before, during, and after launch; assess channel mix, pacing, funnels, audiences, and conversion performance. - Develop attribution, marketing mix, and scoring models; work with data engineering to make outputs reliable and useful for decisions. - Design and interpret A/B and multivariate experiments, including sample sizing and significance, and help maintain a testing roadmap. - Present findings and budget or targeting recommendations to marketing leaders, while aligning measurement definitions with partner teams.

Requirements - At least 8 years in marketing analytics, performance analytics, data analytics, or a related field. - Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to question assumptions, detect flawed data, and influence decisions. - Experience measuring email, direct mail, and digital performance, including channel mix, budget allocation, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates. - Ability to write and validate complex SQL against a cloud data warehouse; data engineering is outside the role’s scope. - Working knowledge of attribution, marketing mix modeling, incrementality, paid channel analysis, and tracking practices such as UTMs, pixels, and event taxonomies. - Experience applying predictive or scoring models to marketing decisions, understanding of A/B testing, use of AI analysis tools, and strong communication with senior audiences.

Nice to have - Experience with Python or R, BI tools, dbt, analytics platforms, or experimentation tools; healthcare or other regulated-industry experience; or a background in an agency, e-commerce, or startup setting.

Benefits and work setup - Remote U.S. role; applicants must already be authorized to work for any U.S. employer. Visa sponsorship is unavailable. - Listed annual salary range: $145,000–$165,000. Benefits include equity opportunity, flexible vacation with manager approval, paid parental leave, employer-sponsored health coverage, and a 401(k).
