Role overview Lead product strategy for email infrastructure and integrations, shaping systems that support reliable delivery and future product growth. This senior role spans customer needs, technical and financial tradeoffs, and coordination with internal teams and external partners from roadmap planning through launch and product evolution.
Responsibilities - Serve as a subject matter expert on email, cross-channel capabilities, and partner integrations, helping resolve complex product issues. - Assess proposed improvements using engineering and financial context, including opportunity size and expected business impact. - Set and lead a multi-year roadmap, guiding initiatives from early concept through launch and ongoing maturity. - Recommend priorities based on value, opportunity, and timing. - Coordinate with go-to-market stakeholders to deliver commitments and measure results. - Define requirements, milestones, and launch plans, including customer transitions from older products and APIs to modernized versions. - Document research and decisions for review, and work closely with product peers.
Requirements - 10 or more years in product management, including at least five years focused on email, with a record of shaping communication product strategy and delivering outcomes. - Ability to translate customer needs into clear problems and consequential product decisions. - Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise operations, sales cycles, and organizational dynamics. - Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services; Azure knowledge is also desired. - Experience with APIs or platform products, including reliability, scale, and developer usability. - Skill in building cross-functional relationships across distributed teams, and in mentoring colleagues and setting direction for significant initiatives.
