Full-Stack Developer (AI Products)

Role overview Join a small, founder-led team building AI-powered tools that turn screen recordings into polished tutorials and auto-generated help articles. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will own features end-to-end across web, backend, and AI integrations, shipping production-ready work on a cadence measured in days rather than months.

Responsibilities - Build and iterate on product features spanning frontend, backend, and AI integrations in a TypeScript stack - Integrate large language model APIs (e.g., GPT-4-class, Claude-class) and engineer prompts that hold up in production - Implement audio and video processing pipelines, including FFmpeg, codecs, transcription, and text-to-speech flows - Collaborate directly with founders to shape priorities, validate ideas with users, and ship improvements quickly - Maintain a thoughtful, async-first written communication culture across the team

Requirements - Several years of experience shipping full-stack TypeScript applications using React, Node, and PostgreSQL or Supabase - Practical experience wiring LLM APIs and prompt engineering into real product features - Comfort working with audio/video processing concepts such as FFmpeg, codecs, transcription, and TTS - Pragmatic shipping instincts with a preference for iterating alongside users over building in isolation - Excellent async written communication skills

Nice to have - Experience with embeddings, vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, or model fine-tuning - Background in video editing, screen recording, or media tooling - Familiarity with WebCodecs, MediaRecorder, or other browser-based video processing APIs - Open-source contributions in the AI/ML or media tooling space
