About this role
Role overview
Design intuitive interfaces for a product used by legal content managers working with complex, information-dense material. You’ll own the UI/UX direction full time, making unfamiliar workflows feel approachable to people accustomed to tools such as word processors and document libraries.
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces for complex, data-heavy product workflows. - Create interactions that feel familiar and easy to learn for document-focused users. - Establish a clear design direction and proactively propose solutions. - Develop designs iteratively, using reference material to shape and refine the product.
Requirements
- Demonstrated UI design skill beyond basic forms. - Practical experience designing complex interactions and information-rich interfaces. - A portfolio that shows strong design judgment and approach. - Ability to set direction and work independently rather than rely on users to define each solution. - Comfort refining work through iterations, from initial references to later versions.
Nice to have
- Frontend implementation experience; deep expertise in Angular is not required.
