41 - Senior PHP/Laravel Developer with Infrastructure & DevOps Experience

Role overview Develop and support business-critical, data-driven applications while helping operate the infrastructure they depend on. The work is weighted toward software development and application support, with a substantial infrastructure and DevOps component that can grow during incidents, releases, or operational needs.

Responsibilities - Design, test, deploy, and maintain applications using PHP, Laravel, Filament, and PostgreSQL, including legacy systems that need modernization. - Build and support APIs and integrations, and reduce technical debt while preserving application reliability. - Maintain automated tests, static analysis, code-quality checks, review practices, and CI/CD deployment workflows. - Lead application and infrastructure incident response, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions. - Administer Linux-based virtualized and containerized services, including high-availability compute, storage, databases, and development tools. - Maintain security, access, patching, backup, recovery, capacity, monitoring, logging, and operational documentation.

Requirements - At least eight years of professional experience in software development or related ICT work, including senior developer or technical lead experience. - Strong production experience with PHP and modern frameworks, ideally Laravel, supporting data-driven business applications. - Solid knowledge of application architecture, APIs, integrations, and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL. - Experience with secure coding, automated testing, code review, Git workflows, Jenkins, and CI/CD. - Practical systems administration across Linux, virtualization, containers, storage, monitoring, backups, and security. - Track record handling production incidents and root-cause analysis, with strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, professional English, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have - Hands-on experience with Proxmox, Ceph or CephFS, ZFS, Icinga, Grafana, Loki, or hosted infrastructure. - Background with master data, product information, supply chain, or procurement systems.
