Senior AI Developer

Role overview Senior engineering role focused on designing and shipping production-grade artificial intelligence solutions for enterprise customers. The work spans the full stack and covers voice agents, automation pipelines, LLM-based systems, and bespoke AI integrations. It is a client-facing position that combines hands-on coding with technical discovery and solution design.

Responsibilities - Architect and build full-stack AI-powered applications for enterprise customers. - Design and integrate APIs that support voice agents, automation workflows, and LLM-driven features. - Partner with AI/ML engineers to deploy, monitor, and harden machine learning models in production. - Produce clean, maintainable code backed by automated tests and clear documentation. - Join technical discovery calls and contribute to solution design alongside customer stakeholders. - Mentor junior developers and help evolve engineering best practices.

Requirements - Five or more years of professional software development experience. - Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. - Working knowledge of Python plus familiarity with common machine learning frameworks. - Demonstrated success shipping production applications. - Working understanding of cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Clear communication skills for direct, client-facing interactions.

Nice to have - Prior experience building voice AI or conversational interfaces. - Hands-on familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or comparable AI tooling. - Background in enterprise software delivery or consulting engagements. - Contributions to open-source projects.
