Role overview Build and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions that help teams manage portfolios, delivery work, and operational processes across multiple programs. The work centers on hands-on Power Apps development, with connected automation and reporting that turn business needs into practical tools and useful performance insights.
Responsibilities - Design, enhance, and support Power Apps for project, documentation, portfolio, and workflow management. - Integrate applications with Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, and approved data sources. - Build and troubleshoot automated workflows, improving reliability as processes change. - Create Power BI dashboards; transform, model, and validate data to support delivery teams and leadership. - Coordinate priorities with stakeholders across teams, track dependencies and delivery, and refine solutions based on feedback. - Apply security, permissions, and lifecycle practices; document solutions and help users adopt them.
Requirements - 6–8 years delivering Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise settings. - Strong experience developing complex Power Apps and improving their performance, usability, and maintainability. - Experience connecting Power Platform tools with Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, and other data sources, and building multi-source Power BI dashboards. - Working knowledge of SAFe, especially portfolio and execution concepts. - Ability to manage competing priorities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. - U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card and required system access.
Nice to have - A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field. - Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or SAFe certifications.
Benefits and work setup The listed annual base salary range is $100,000–$135,000. Benefits described include paid time off, parental leave, health, vision and dental coverage, training and tuition support, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
