Product Engineer

Role overview Work with people who run day-to-day operations to identify costly workflow problems and build practical software improvements. You’ll move from observing how work happens to prototyping, shipping, and refining solutions, then turn successful one-off fixes into reusable product capabilities.

Responsibilities - Interview and observe operators to understand their processes and identify recurring friction. - Map workflow gaps and prototype small solutions across the interface, data, and backend behavior. - Release improvements quickly, track how people use them, and follow up to learn what changed in practice. - Refine interactions based on customer feedback and operational results. - Convert effective custom solutions into patterns that can serve more users. - Measure success through continued use, adoption, or time saved.

Requirements - Ability to understand real operational workflows through direct conversations and observation. - Ability to build across product interfaces, data, and backend behavior. - Comfort working iteratively, shipping early, and improving solutions using evidence from use. - Focus on measurable outcomes and reusable product improvements, not simply completing a delivery.
