Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview Own product development from APIs that agents can use to the interfaces hospitality operators rely on day to day. You’ll work with founders and operators to turn live business problems into product bets, then build the software and technical foundations needed to support a growing operation.

Responsibilities - Translate operational problems into product direction in collaboration with founders and operators. - Build across the product stack, including web interfaces, APIs, data systems, and agent runtime capabilities. - Use customer sessions, traces, logs, and support issues to guide improvements. - Review architecture and improve shared tools, foundations, and engineering standards. - Deliver product areas operators use in their regular work and improve critical workflows. - Convert recurring customer needs into reusable technical foundations for future features.

Requirements - Full-stack development experience with Next.js and TypeScript. - Experience with FastAPI, Python, and Postgres. - Ability to work across APIs, user interfaces, and agent runtime systems. - Sound judgment in architecture and product decisions informed by customer and operational evidence.
