AI Engineer

Role overview Develop AI agents that can carry out real operational tasks in hospitality settings. The role focuses on making AI dependable in production by combining agent design with systematic evaluation, trace analysis, and attention to quality, latency, and cost.

Responsibilities - Inspect traces and customer-reported failures to find reliability bottlenecks. - Build and test agent tools, orchestration, memory, prompts, and evaluation suites. - Integrate AI into clear workflows used by hospitality operators. - Track production quality, latency, and cost, and use incidents to strengthen evaluations. - Deploy agent capabilities that reliably complete operational jobs.

Requirements - Ability to build and test AI agents and their supporting tools and orchestration. - Experience analyzing system behavior through traces and real-world failures. - Ability to design evaluations that catch regressions before they reach customers. - Focus on improving production quality while managing latency and cost.
