Technical Product Manager

Role overview An engineering-first AI research and development team is hiring a Technical Product Manager to own products from idea through production across multiple AI initiatives. This is not a roadmap-and-meetings role; the position requires working directly with founders, engineers, and AI researchers to define problems, prioritize solutions, and ensure high-quality execution.

Responsibilities - Own product strategy and execution across multiple AI initiatives - Work directly with enterprise clients to deeply understand business problems - Convert customer requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories - Prioritize features based on customer impact, engineering effort, and business value - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI teams throughout the development process - Lead backlog management and coordinate launches, communicating progress across the organization - Continuously improve based on customer feedback and defined success metrics

Requirements - Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or Senior Software Engineer - Extremely high ownership attitude and must be very technical - Passion for software and AI - Experience working closely with software engineering teams - Ability to write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving - Exceptional attention to detail - Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments with ambiguity
