Senior Product Manager

Role overview An engineering-first AI research and development team is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own products end-to-end, bridging engineering, design, and enterprise clients. The role spans the full lifecycle from initial discovery calls through production delivery, translating messy business problems into precise, buildable systems.

Responsibilities - Own the full product lifecycle including discovery, scoping, prioritization, delivery, and iteration - Lead client discovery calls and translate business requirements into clear technical scopes - Work daily with engineers to ensure what is built matches what was promised - Write precise specs that engineers can build from without back-and-forth - Identify gaps between what clients ask for and what they actually need - Manage client relationships through delivery, handling escalations and expectation-setting - Shape the product roadmap across internal tools and client-facing systems - Contribute to pitches and proposals

Requirements - Proven experience shipping real software and sitting across the table from demanding enterprise clients - Strong systems thinking covering edge cases, failure modes, dependencies, and second-order effects - Excellent written and verbal communication with extremely high attention to detail - Comfort with ambiguity and ability to move fast autonomously - Demonstrated ability to perform under real pressure with enterprise stakeholders

Nice to have - Background in software engineering or a technical discipline - Exposure to AI agent workflows, large language models, or enterprise automation
