Senior Solutions Consultant (Supply Chain Business Process Architect)

Role overview This senior role acts as a strategic and trusted advisor to enterprise customers undertaking a major shift toward agent-driven supply chain operations. The position blends deep technical pre-sales expertise with consultative process architecture, helping prospects redesign end-to-end planning, execution, and orchestration workflows using an integrate-once platform, agent-based automation, and a control-tower approach.

Responsibilities - Lead structured discovery sessions with executive, operations, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to map current-state processes and define a defensible future-state roadmap. - Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, solution presentations, and interactive workshops tied to specific use cases and measurable business outcomes. - Own the technical win across the sales cycle, producing well-substantiated responses to RFPs and RFIs under tight deadlines. - Partner with sales leadership to qualify opportunities, scope engagements accurately, and surface risks to deal health. - Coordinate with adjacent product and architecture teams when customers pursue parallel journeys, ensuring a unified commercial engagement. - Translate customer priorities into clear feedback for product management and represent voice-of-customer internally.

Requirements - 5+ years in a client-facing role that combines technical pre-sales and strategic consulting (such as solution consulting, implementation services, or supply chain consulting) within enterprise SaaS, life sciences, or supply chain environments. - Demonstrated expertise in consultative and business-value selling methodologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to address both business and technical audiences at all organizational levels. - Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with cloud hosting architecture. - Proven track record of sales achievement, technical competence, and customer satisfaction. - Willingness to travel up to 35%.
