Senior Software Engineer, TRM

Role overview Build and operate full-stack products and internal tools used across trader onboarding, account management, payments, and payouts. You’ll own work from design through production, helping keep systems reliable, secure, and straightforward to evolve as usage and product needs grow.

Responsibilities - Design, build, deploy, and support full-stack features, with attention to reliability, safe releases, and operational simplicity. - Work with product and design partners to shape scope, identify trade-offs, and provide estimates. - Write technical designs and guide architecture decisions for significant work in your area. - Include automated testing, observability, and operational ownership throughout delivery. - Improve code quality through reviews, mentoring, and shared engineering standards. - Investigate and resolve issues across the stack, participate in on-call, and turn incidents into lasting fixes. - Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly within team standards.

Requirements - At least five years building and operating production systems with user-facing APIs, including demonstrated work on reliability and scalability. - Full-stack experience with TypeScript and Node.js, REST or GraphQL API design, and React and Next.js. - Experience operating distributed systems, including event-driven services, queues, eventual consistency, and concurrency concerns. - Strong PostgreSQL or SQL Server skills, including schema design, migrations, indexing, and query optimization. - Production operations experience with metrics, logs, tracing, on-call response, and end-to-end delivery ownership. - Clear communication skills and ability to work across product, design, and quality teams.

Nice to have - Experience in financial technology or other regulated settings, or with payment, billing, authentication, or identity systems. - Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD, or GitHub Actions. - Experience delivering large-scale customer applications and using AI developer tools while maintaining code quality.

Benefits and work setup - Work arrangement may be fully remote or hybrid.
