Role overview A customer onboarding role responsible for guiding new customers through a structured, high-quality onboarding experience that drives adoption, early value realization, and a smooth transition into ongoing support. The position sits inside a Professional Services and Onboarding organization and helps set the foundation for long-term customer outcomes.
Responsibilities - Run standardized onboarding engagements aligned to defined frameworks and timelines - Walk customers through setup, configuration, and orientation activities to build readiness - Deliver training and enablement resources tailored to customer maturity and needs - Track progress against milestones, timelines, and success criteria, and maintain accurate documentation and customer notes - Identify onboarding risks, escalate issues, and support resolution to keep momentum - Hand off cleanly to Customer Success or Support teams through cross-functional coordination - Contribute feedback that improves onboarding processes, templates, and best practices - Use approved AI tools, data, and dashboards to monitor onboarding health and inform next steps
Requirements - Strong communication, facilitation, and customer engagement skills - Ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding engagements with attention to detail - Familiarity with onboarding methodologies, delivery frameworks, and supporting tools - Comfort working with data, dashboards, and structured processes - Customer-centric, ownership-oriented, and collaborative mindset
