About this role
Role overview
This role focuses on guiding small and mid-sized restaurant operators through the onboarding of a cloud-based point-of-sale platform. Responsibilities
- Partner with restaurant owners during the go-live phase, building onboarding plans that balance quality, timeline, and budget. - Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking requirements ahead of installation and relay those needs to project resources. - Lead training sessions for the full restaurant staff on configured workflows, emphasizing labor cost, food cost, table turn time, and guest experience. - Document POS installations remotely, noting adherence to or deviations from established best practices. - Manage a portfolio of onboarding engagements simultaneously, often 80 or more restaurants in a region. - Provide remote post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues and delivering follow-up training during the customer's first days of usage.
Requirements
- Full professional fluency in both Thai and English. - Background in the restaurant or hospitality industry. - Three or more years in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations, such as a restaurant general manager. - Demonstrated ability to operate independently and juggle competing priorities in a fast-changing environment. - Track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals. - Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
Nice to have
- At least one year of hands-on experience with a point-of-sale system, ideally in a service-industry setting. - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM. - Prior work in the technology sector or for a SaaS company. - Experience in training, teaching, or instructional design.
Benefits and work setup
Compensation is presented in geographic pay zones, ranging from approximately $55,000 to $80,000 USD depending on location. The organization uses a hybrid working model that combines in-person collaboration with individual flexibility.
