Role overview An AI Operations Lead role focused on building the operating engine for an agentic AI platform aimed at local businesses, spanning restaurants and adjacent verticals. The position partners directly with senior product leadership to connect AI strategy to execution, launches, adoption, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities - Create portfolio-wide visibility across AI initiatives, tracking ownership, sequencing, dependencies, decisions, risks, and progress. - Partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing to build external and internal visibility for AI products, customer outcomes, and technical insights. - Identify high-impact opportunities, develop a strong point of view, and personally drive initiatives from concept through tangible outcome. - Shape AI portfolio strategy, including target customers, priority use cases, positioning, packaging, sequencing, and launch plans. - Build an AI-powered operating engine that synthesizes customer, product, market, and technology signals into actionable improvements. - Track emerging AI market patterns and translate them into strategic implications.

Requirements - 5+ years in product operations, business operations, go-to-market strategy, or product marketing, working alongside product and engineering teams. - Demonstrated ownership of complex or emerging products from development through launch, enablement, adoption, and ongoing market learning. - Fluency with AI products and leading patterns across B2B and consumer markets. - Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft clear narratives for customers, GTM teams, and senior leaders. - Track record of building repeatable cross-functional operating models. - Strong product and commercial judgment, with the ability to move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution.

Benefits and work setup - Zone-based annual salary ranges: Zone A $181,000–$290,000, Zone B $157,000–$251,000, Zone C $142,000–$227,000 USD, plus cash compensation, equity, and benefits. - Hybrid work model with in-office collaboration expectations varying by region.
