Role overview
Lead product-led growth across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition and conversion to retention and expansion. You’ll own the growth roadmap and its measures of success, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn user insight and product data into experiments and shipped improvements.
Responsibilities
- Work with growth and revenue leaders to set growth strategy and translate it into priorities and plans. - Own a roadmap tied to measurable outcomes across conversion, retention, and expansion. - Find and rank opportunities using funnel analysis, product data, and user insight. - Design and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments, documenting findings and decisions. - Use AI tools and LLMs to prototype ideas, then develop requirements and guide work from discovery through launch and optimization. - Define and report on growth KPIs, explaining what changed and how results should shape priorities. - Build evidence-backed proposals for larger opportunities and measure their impact after delivery. - Coordinate work with product, engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Product management experience in B2B SaaS, focused on growth. - Experience in a product-led or self-service business, with ownership of measures such as trial conversion, retention, or expansion. - Practical experience designing experiments and adapting plans based on results. - Strong analytical skills, including defining KPIs, analyzing funnels, and making clear recommendations. - Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools. - Clear written communication and experience leading cross-functional work with engineers and designers. - Regular use of AI tools and LLMs for product research, analysis, prototyping, specifications, or delivery.
