Responsibilities - Design and implement efficient C++ algorithms for a widely used productivity product - Collaborate closely with the team without being pulled into recurring meetings - Ship features when they meet your quality bar — no artificial time pressure - Take ownership of work and contribute creative solutions independently

Requirements - Strong C++ programming skills, whether through education or professional experience - Academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics - Genuine passion for elegant, efficient algorithms - Independent working style with creative problem-solving approaches - Good command of English; German is not required

Nice to have - Contributions to open-source projects or research work - Familiarity with modern C++ standards and template metaprogramming - Experience with Windows desktop or Office-add-in ecosystems
