French Customer Service Advisor - Remote (3-6M Contract)

Role overview A remote French-speaking customer service advisor role on a fixed-term contract supporting a globally recognized digital commerce operation. The position handles customer inquiries across live chat, phone, email, and social media, helping with product advice, order issues, and general service questions. Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media. - Work toward achievable departmental targets while maintaining high quality at every point of contact. - Engage with customers daily in a polite, professional, and helpful manner. - Assist with product advice and general customer service queries. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. - Use ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and deliver consistently strong service.

Requirements - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. - Willingness to learn and develop new skills. - A professional, friendly, and hard-working approach to daily work. - Demonstrated alignment with values around showing up, digging in, and getting things done.

Nice to have - Comfort working a shift rotation between 8am and 8pm, including approximately one in three weekends.
