Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Role overview Build and support AI-enabled applications, integrations, and workflows that address practical organizational needs. You’ll work hands-on with business and technical partners, shaping use cases into secure, maintainable solutions and moving successful prototypes into production, with senior technical guidance for complex designs.

Responsibilities - Identify useful AI opportunities with stakeholders and turn business needs into functional requirements and solution designs. - Develop, test, document, deploy, and maintain AI applications and automated workflows, including capabilities such as summarization, extraction, classification, and knowledge retrieval. - Connect AI services to organizational systems and data through code, APIs, scripts, connectors, and low-code tools. - Evaluate solution quality, cost, and suitability; improve reliability with validation, grounding, access controls, exception handling, and human review. - Monitor deployed solutions, refine them as needs and technology change, and explain AI’s limits, risks, and tradeoffs to varied audiences. - Create reusable components and practices that support responsible, efficient delivery.

Requirements - Experience building applications, integrations, or automated workflows using generative AI tools, APIs, frameworks, or platforms. - Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as JavaScript, Python, C#, or PowerShell, and familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data formats, or low-code platforms. - Ability to translate business needs into working solutions and troubleshoot across applications, data, integrations, and AI services. - Experience developing prompts and structured outputs, and assessing AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, security, and suitability. - Working knowledge of application security, credential management, testing, logging, error handling, deployment, and source control. - Sound judgment balancing business value, complexity, cost, risk, and maintainability, with clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have Experience with document processing, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise knowledge search, agent workflows, or AI safeguards. Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise tools and integrating business systems is also preferred.
