Technical Writer

Role overview Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for a platform that combines software services, APIs, and AI agents aimed at technical users in the biotechnology sector. The writer will own user guides, API references, tutorials, and release notes, working closely with engineering and product to translate complex platform behavior into accurate, usable material for scientists and bioinformaticians.

Responsibilities - Author and maintain user guides, API references, tutorials, and release notes for the platform, its APIs, and its AI agent features. - Translate technical concepts into accurate, well-structured documentation for a technical biotech audience. - Coordinate with engineering and product teams to capture changes and ship documentation alongside new releases.

Requirements - Proven experience writing developer or technical product content, including API references and tutorials. - Strong understanding of how developers read, search, and apply API documentation. - Comfort working closely with engineers to read code, ask precise questions, and verify behavior.

Nice to have - Background or familiarity with biotechnology, molecular biology, or bioinformatics workflows. - Experience documenting AI or agent-based product features.
