Technical Solutions Consultant

Role overview Serve as the technical bridge between customers and the product team for a platform serving biotech organizations. The consultant guides customers through onboarding and adoption, supports technical integration work, and partners with product to surface feedback that shapes platform improvements. The role blends customer-facing consulting with a working understanding of molecular biology or bioinformatics.

Responsibilities - Lead biotech customers through onboarding, integration, and ongoing use of the platform. - Act as the primary technical contact, translating customer needs into clear feedback for the product team. - Help customers integrate the platform with their existing scientific workflows and tools. - Identify adoption barriers and partner with product to improve time-to-first-value. - Support customers in maximizing value from the platform across their research and development workflows.

Requirements - Background in molecular biology, bioinformatics, or a closely related scientific discipline. - Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions consulting, solutions engineering, or technical account management. - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both scientists and engineers. - Comfort working with software platforms and APIs, including hands-on integration work.
