Project Manager

Role overview This role coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver platform features and customer projects on schedule and within scope. The project manager owns roadmaps, sprint cadence, and stakeholder communication across engineering, product, and client-facing groups. Familiarity with biotech or deep-tech product development is valued, though not strictly required.

Responsibilities - Coordinate cross-functional teams delivering platform features and customer-specific projects. - Build and maintain roadmaps that balance competing priorities and dependencies. - Run sprint planning and execution, keeping delivery on time and within scope. - Manage stakeholder communication across internal teams and external clients. - Surface risks early and keep decision-makers informed of trade-offs.

Requirements - Demonstrated success managing software delivery across multiple teams. - Experience running sprints and maintaining roadmaps for platform or product work. - Strong stakeholder communication skills, including with client-facing counterparts. - Ability to coordinate across engineering, product, and operational functions. - Comfort making trade-offs explicit and tracking them through delivery.

Nice to have - Experience in biotech, deep-tech, or other technically complex product domains.
