Role overview Shape the product direction for an AI-driven platform built for biotechnology customers. The role sits at the intersection of customer discovery, scientific user needs, and engineering execution, turning real-world lab and research workflows into shipped capabilities.
Responsibilities - Define and communicate the product vision for AI agent work and platform modules - Gather requirements from biotechnology customers and translate them into actionable backlog items - Prioritize the backlog against customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic goals - Partner closely with engineering to scope, ship, and iterate on features - Validate releases with users and feed insights back into the roadmap
Requirements - Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager for a technical software platform - Familiarity with biotechnology, life sciences, or scientific computing workflows - Ability to engage directly with scientific users and translate complex needs into product plans - Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams across the full development lifecycle
