Full Stack Developer

Role overview Maintain and harden a mature Atlassian Marketplace application that exports Jira Data Center content into leading business intelligence platforms. As a Middle Full Stack Developer, you will be the technical anchor for stability, compatibility, and security across multiple product versions and database backends.

Responsibilities - Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues end-to-end, from reproduction through root cause to fix. - Maintain compatibility across multiple Jira Data Center versions and relational database vendors. - Upgrade dependencies, address CVEs, and adapt to new Jira and database releases. - Assist customers migrating between environments, including Data Center to Cloud paths. - Ship targeted improvements and enhancements that strengthen reliability. - Write and maintain unit and integration tests guarding against regressions. - Participate in peer code reviews and uphold coding standards backed by automated quality checks. - Operate GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines to keep builds green and release the product reliably.

Requirements - 3+ years of relevant full-stack experience. - Solid Java and Spring ecosystem skills, including comfortable work on existing framework-based codebases. - Strong SQL and relational database knowledge across vendors such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server. - Practical experience maintaining production UIs with React, Redux or Redux Toolkit, and TypeScript. - Comfort with Git, GitHub, and modern CI/CD practices. - English communication skills at B2+ level for working with international colleagues and customers. - Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive unfamiliar issues to resolution autonomously.

Nice to have - Experience developing or maintaining Atlassian Data Center apps, including P2 plugins and the Atlassian Plugin SDK. - Familiarity with BI tooling, analytics workflows, or the OData protocol. - Awareness of secure coding practices such as input validation, SSRF mitigation, and dependency CVE handling. - Understanding of Atlassian Cloud and Cloud migration paths.
