Delivery Director

Role overview A senior Delivery Director is needed to lead a portfolio of enterprise CRM transformation programs within a fast-growing consulting practice. The role owns delivery excellence, escalations, and client relationships across multiple concurrent projects, acting as the face of delivery both internally and with customers.

Responsibilities - Own a portfolio of projects end-to-end, accountable for project management excellence, schedule, budget, and quality of delivery. - Serve as the first line of escalation on at-risk engagements, partnering with project managers to drive issue resolution and risk mitigation. - Provide weekly status reporting to practice leadership and define stage-gate reviews aligned to established compliance standards. - Coach and mentor project managers and consultants throughout delivery, stepping in on critical deliverables when needed. - Adopt and enforce a standardized development lifecycle methodology across all projects. - Build trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholders, contributing to product vision and future roadmaps.

Requirements - 7+ years leading enterprise-wide transformation programs, plus 5+ years in consulting (preferred). - Multiple Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer, or Architect) and hands-on delivery of Small, Medium, and Enterprise-scale CRM implementations. - Demonstrated leadership of project managers, technical and non-technical resources, budgets, and schedules. - Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to weigh business and technical tradeoffs into plans and estimates. - Practical familiarity with one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, NetSuite) and Waterfall or Agile methodologies. - PMP certification is highly preferred; a degree in Business Administration or Project Management (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
