Senior Product Operations Manager

Role overview

This role builds the analytical and operational backbone for how a cloud-based auto repair shop platform defines, measures, and understands product outcomes. The manager partners with product leadership to design and run the company's metrics program, applying rigorous statistical methods so the team can connect product inputs to retention, revenue, customer health, and engagement.

Responsibilities

- Co-design and evolve the product metrics program, including which metrics matter, how they relate, and how they tie to business outcomes. - Build and maintain a multi-variable outcome model linking product inputs to retention, revenue, customer health, and engagement results. - Apply regression, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling to validate metric definitions and reflect how the business actually works. - Run deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, usage patterns, friction, and revenue-impact opportunities, and translate findings into prioritization and OKR recommendations. - Contribute taxonomies, frameworks, and standards that keep metrics consistent and actionable across product and leadership teams.

Requirements

- Demonstrated success working inside a well-run analytics or product operations program and the curiosity to help build one from scratch. - Strong statistical foundation with applied experience in regression, correlation, and predictive modeling. - Ability to zoom out to the big picture while diving into data details and producing clear recommendations. - Excellent collaboration with product leadership, designers, engineers, and analysts in a fast-moving environment.
