Role overview
A small, senior engineering team is hiring a full-stack engineer to own product slices end to end. The work centers on building agent-based products for external clients, with no separation between frontend and backend responsibilities. The team operates with short specs, fast decisions, and a culture of individual ownership over shipped work.
Responsibilities
- Design backend APIs and author the supporting database migrations - Build, iterate on, and ship user-facing interfaces as part of full-stack delivery - Take ownership of the on-call rotation for the services and features you develop - Work across infrastructure and application code without a separate platform layer in the middle - Contribute to agent-based product capabilities alongside other senior engineers - Drive technical decisions independently rather than routing through committees or layers of project management
Requirements
- Six or more years of professional experience shipping production web applications - Deep expertise in TypeScript, or strong fluency in a second language such as Python, Go, or Rust - Comfort working with Postgres, Supabase, and writing direct SQL queries - A demonstrated track record of owning both the frontend and backend of at least one shipped product
