UI / UX Designer

Role overview

Help design accessible, clear product experiences for customers and riders using a logistics and errand service. As an intern, you will contribute across the design process, from identifying user pain points and exploring flows to shaping polished interfaces for web and other product surfaces.

Responsibilities

- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interface designs. - Conduct lightweight user research and usability checks to assess design choices. - Maintain and improve shared design-system components for consistency. - Work with product managers and engineers through design delivery. - Promote accessible, responsive layouts and clear, refined interactions.

Requirements

- UI/UX design experience supported by a portfolio of shipped work. - Proficiency with Figma and current design workflows. - Ability to turn complex requirements into straightforward, usable interfaces. - Experience collaborating with engineering teams. - Understanding of responsive design and accessibility fundamentals.

Nice to have

- Experience with learning, SaaS, or career-focused products. - Basic HTML/CSS familiarity or experience handing designs off in the browser. - Motion design or micro-interaction experience.
