About the Job: As a Technical Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our products by collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll play a pivotal role in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring seamless execution from conception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to translate product vision into actionable requirements and user stories.
- Lead Agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of product features.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Gather and analyze metrics to measure product performance and iterate based on insights.
- Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of web and mobile technologies, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with user experience design principles and usability testing methodologies.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Certification in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
