About the Job: As a Tech Lead at TechUp Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our products, overseeing both the infrastructure backend PHP development and the frontend React.js development. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our web-based solutions, delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, overseeing both backend PHP infrastructure and frontend React.js development.

- Design, develop, and maintain backend infrastructure using PHP programming language.

- Develop and implement frontend solutions using React.js framework, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions to support the development and deployment of software applications.

- Configure and manage cloud services, servers, networks, and storage systems.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and product features.

- Communicate project updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product goals and objectives.

- Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role with expertise in both backend PHP and frontend React.js development.

- Strong technical background with proficiency in PHP programming language and familiarity with frameworks such as Laravel.

- Experience in frontend development using React.js framework and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automation, monitoring, and deployment (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Prometheus).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design and implement robust and scalable web applications.

- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
