About the Job: As an Associate Product Manager at TechUp Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our products by assisting in the planning, development, and execution of product strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for assisting in the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate product requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.

- Assist in prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.

- Support the development process by gathering and analyzing user feedback, conducting market research, and monitoring industry trends.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

- Assist in tracking and measuring product performance metrics, gathering insights, and identifying areas for improvement.

- Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product goals and objectives.

- Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a product management or related role, preferably in a software development environment.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate product requirements and priorities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA or Trello.

- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and usability testing.

- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
