Role overview This contract Senior Product Manager role leads digital acquisition strategy, with a focus on customer journeys, conversion improvement, and measurable business outcomes. The manager turns customer, business, and technical needs into actionable roadmaps and clear requirements, then works with engineering and analytics teams to guide delivery. The work spans strategic planning, direct analysis of funnel performance, and detailed coordination across stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Build and manage digital acquisition roadmaps tied to business goals. - Translate customer, business, and technical needs into functional requirements that engineering teams can act on. - Analyze funnel and journey data to find conversion gaps and growth opportunities. - Partner with analytics teams to define measures, assess results, and guide decisions. - Facilitate planning and working sessions across business, product, analytics, technology, and IT groups. - Present recommendations to executives, align owners and priorities, and adjust roadmaps as conditions change. - Establish intake and prioritization processes for teams handling a high volume of requests.
Requirements - At least ten years of relevant experience in digital strategy, product management, customer journey optimization, or conversion-focused work. - A track record of creating acquisition roadmaps and carrying them through execution. - Strong functional requirements writing skills and the ability to work closely with engineering. - Ability to examine funnel and performance data directly, beyond relying on prepared reports. - Experience creating operating models, intake processes, or prioritization frameworks. - Clear executive communication and effective collaboration in detailed technical working sessions. - Strong organization, analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have - Experience with membership, subscription, or recurring enrollment models. - Work in nonprofit, federated, or franchise settings where national and local groups share a customer journey. - Experience with multiple participation tiers, products, or enrollment paths, or with youth and family audiences and minors’ privacy considerations.
