AI-Native Software Engineer (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, MCP)

Role overview Design and deliver AI-enabled software, automation workflows, and SaaS features that move from early concepts into production systems. You will work across application development, model integrations, orchestration, and reliability, taking ownership of ambiguous technical problems and collaborating with product and AI colleagues.

Responsibilities - Use Claude Code and/or Cursor in day-to-day software development, and build application interfaces with Lovable. - Create structured prompts, tool-calling flows, memory layers, and multi-step AI orchestration. - Develop n8n automations and MCP integrations, including custom tool servers and local agent environments. - Connect SaaS frontends to backends, APIs, databases, and automation services; build APIs in JavaScript or Python. - Add output schemas, validation, and guardrails, then create evaluation datasets and automated scoring to assess reliability, latency, and consistency. - Integrate language models with external services and data stores, and handle authentication, application state, logging, and deployment.

Requirements - Practical experience with Claude Code or Cursor, and experience building with Lovable. - Strong n8n automation skills and a sound understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP). - Experience designing evaluation systems and guardrails for AI outputs. - Fluency in JavaScript or Python, with strong problem-solving and structured thinking. - Clear written communication, ability to work asynchronously, and ownership of delivery.

Nice to have - Experience with AI agents, orchestration systems, voice AI, or multi-agent systems. - Familiarity with Supabase, Firebase, or PostgreSQL. - Experience deploying AI-focused SaaS products.
