SAP APO Consultant with German

Role overview Support and improve supply chain planning through SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO). The work spans translating planning needs into system solutions, maintaining APO functionality, and collaborating with business and technical teams on operational support and project delivery.

Responsibilities - Analyze planning requirements and align SAP APO capabilities with business needs. - Configure, maintain, and support APO functionality. - Work across planning areas such as Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Global Available-to-Promise (GATP), according to project needs. - Investigate system incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions. - Coordinate with business users, functional colleagues, and technical consultants to support integrated operations. - Contribute to implementations, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, testing, documentation, and process improvements.

Requirements - Experience with SAP APO and supply chain planning processes. - Understanding of supply chain management and planning concepts. - Knowledge of APO configuration, functional analysis, and troubleshooting. - Experience in at least one APO area, such as DP, SNP, PP/DS, or GATP. - Strong written and spoken German and English, including communication with German-speaking stakeholders. - Analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and across functions.
