SAP ABAP Developer (CRM) with German

Role overview Develop and maintain SAP CRM solutions using ABAP in international project environments. The role spans custom development, troubleshooting, integration, and delivery support for implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and ongoing system improvements.

Responsibilities - Build and enhance SAP applications and CRM customizations based on technical requirements and business needs. - Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and custom programs. - Debug existing applications, resolve defects, and improve performance and reliability. - Work with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to shape and deliver solutions. - Contribute to testing, implementation, rollout, upgrade, and maintenance activities. - Keep technical documentation current and coordinate with German-speaking project stakeholders.

Requirements - Experience developing in SAP ABAP and working with SAP CRM processes, architecture, and functionality. - Familiarity with ABAP reports, enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, and interfaces. - Knowledge of debugging, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and SAP integration or data exchange. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as within an international team. - Good written and spoken German and English, with confidence communicating with German-speaking stakeholders.
